OBJECTIVES AND EQUIPMENT

The BEVINI SYSTEMS srl , realizes systems keys in hand for the reception to the bulk, putting to mount, resumption and composts packaging systems granulating and urea. This system allows to manifacture the product in the distribution area, being able to choose between bags on pallets, palletization without pallets and big-bags. The dimensioning of the system happens in base to the local requirements, distance from the producer of the raw material, logistic managerial and commercial.

This kind systems, in the phase of resumption of the product, are fortified of system of treatment of the product to brake the lumps without to crack the product to riddle material retecting, all the objects above sure dimensions. Systems of powders suction guarantee, beyond that a cleaned up product, the good conservation of the machines, helped also from the specific treatment surface with the sand-blasting and epoxy tarring. Where is necessary, it comes used the steel inox.

Potentialities :

- 600+600 sacks/hour for the packaging

The lay-out represented here, is the original plant realized in 1986. In this case the shed was existing and has been made the participations of adaptation in function lay-out. With some similar realizations, the BEVINI SYSTEMS srl, can be considered the best solution for the know-how and the engineering.
