HEADS WAREHOUSE


The heads warehouse are a necessary compendium between the requirement to store of the material in a warehouse, in order to compensate the production.
They are able to receive the materials from the shuttle to the station where the request started, and viceversa when the materials enter in the warehouse. Usually the exit and entrance doors are separated but they can have in common the same equipment that its could be distinguished in case of elevated traffic.

The lay-out included, was realized for textile bobbins/cones end lune production. The transport system serves to move the boxes cone to the pallettization area to the storage area. The system includes the weighing and labeling stations. In this page, photo of In/Out line .

In this case the line is a working area where the pallets contained cans are wrapped and stored.
- at the beginning line we have empty pallets storage and under a roller conveyor
- the empty pallets are transported by chains conveyors and bottom be loaded with goods
- at the end of the line will the first section of rollers conveyors is complete of wrapping machine.

Transport systems for metal boxes, the managed In/Out is by the operator that deposits take its over two lifted forkes so the boxes are unthreaded from the forks and transported until the end line. The translation in orthogonal sense will done by chains conveyors.

Special shuttle portal for the transport of single pallet or in twice done for GRANAROLO factory.
The production of 60 pallet/hour and 10 q.li weight, have forced to study special choices for one shuttle. The pallets have to be deposited to to the floor and to enable the next disengagement of the shuttle running for approximately 20 mt.
